Stopped in for a quick bite after a long day of wearing down I-40. After waiting 5 minutes it was obvious there was nothing but chaos going on. There was a single employee working both counter and drive-thru and a different employee trying to man the kitchen by themselves. The poor customer at the front of the line at the register was being ignored, and warned me that she had been through the drive-thru twice then was asked to come inside to get her order, and that it was more than 30 minutes since she placed her order. Given the drive-thru line around the building I’d wager she’d spent the better part of an hour trying to get food. I turned around and walked out not having patience to that degree for a fast food restaurant.

WORST ZAXBY’S I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!! The drive-thru was down so a girl was standing outside taking your order – through her phone. The crew inside was not making orders in the order they were made. None of the crew new what was going on. I sat in line to order for at least 15mins, than I waited another 7 mins to pay at the window. I sat at the window to get my order for 15mins than I was asked to pull forward. I’m like seriously. You haven’t got my sandwich even on the Grill yet?? The girl was like avoiding my question. She didn’t know WTH she was doing. People behind me just pulled out of line because it was like a 30min wait….good grief!!

I placed an order Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 4:42pm on the Zaxby’s app. My brother went to pick up the order. Over 30 minutes later he went to pick up the order. He went inside 3x. I even called the store and spoke with 4 employees. Finally was told no chicken filets for my salad nor my chicken sandwich. I was told to cancel. I explained I placed the order on the app and was informed to contact the store for refund. I have left 3 messages and still no one is answering the phone nor returning my calls. I was told the order was canceled on Saturday. It is now Wednesday and I still don’t have a refund

Alex is great. If it wasn’t for her my rating would be much lower. She is a great employee, and has great customer service. 5 stars for her. UPDATE-2023 The prices have gone up, but the quality and quantity has went down. I sent 33 dollars on 2 wings and things and a baby funnel cake. Smh Alex must be gone lol. I got a kid’s meal.
