I visited this location with a mobile order pickup time of 12:45. I didn’t receive my food until 1:20. I would’ve understood if they were busy but they were not. And to top it off, no apology or anything. Tacos 4 Life is usually great but I will never visit this location again. Management needs to look into their staff.

DO NOT COME HERE. Waited 20+ minutes in the drive thru for a quesadilla. Line stacked up while I waited and not one customer was served the entire time. Nobody was in the lobby, just a customer on the patio who told me his order was wrong too. Eventually the same girl running the register and the drive thru came out with the wrong order. We asked for a refund and she obliged, but now we didn’t have food and I imagine no one else did either. A lot of the staff is very young and it’s not clear who the manager is. I wouldn’t come here again until I knew the staff had changed.

I went through the drive through last night. After ten minutes of waiting I knocked on the window then they finally took my payment. After another 5 mins a person came to the window and asked what I had ordered. 5 minutes later I asked for a refund and wasn’t even acknowledged. After another minute I finally got my money back. Worst service ever! Tacos 4 life lost my business 4 life!

Noelle D. was amazing both with preparing the food & checking with us to be sure it was correct. Often times when I order from an app my food is wrong, cold, etc. Not so with TACOS 4 LIFE!!! Working in the area means I get to enjoy more of the food there! So glad I tried them over 2 years ago; they now have a customer 4 LIFE!!
