Oldest, grubbiest restaurant. Son stuck to men’s room door as he opened it. Several friendly workers were standing around talking. Finally, one of them asked what order were we waiting on. When I said 2 ice creams, she told me she completed that order. I showed her my receipt and she apologized. Long wait, when we were only ones waiting at that point. Restaurant was dirty, needs updating, and service was slow. Food was good.

Stopped here for breakfast, there were 4 errors on our 5 item order. I rarely go to this dunks so I don’t really know if this is normal. I hope it’s not.

I’ve seen employees return from the restroom and smoke breaks and not wash their hands before making coffees. My coffee today smelled and tasted strongly of cigarettes, and I asked coworkers to smell it too, in case it was all in my head. Multiple people smelled the coffee and agreed that it tasted like cigarettes so keep that in mind before coming to this Dunkin location. The employees are apparently held to a much lower standard than the employees at other locations.
