I love this Burger King. Their staff especially Nicole and Robert are amazing. The whole staff always greet me when I walk in. They always make sure my order is right. Everytime I come in the dining room is clean. They are doing an excellent job with customer service. I can eat here at least twice a week and feel like a queen each and every time. Thank you to the manager of this store. He really went out of his way to help me twice over the weekend. Last week Saturday morning I wanted to pay with Apple Pay and the cashier told me that the terminal wasn’t accepting Apple Pay. I was ready to leave when the manager saw what had happened happened and literally said “ I am not losing this sale!” Then took my phone to the drive-through terminal and I was able to have breakfast. The next morning, on Sunday, he was the only person there. I went with my parents and he was talking on the phone with his boss. My parents had to wait a few minutes and after explaining how he couldn’t get off the phone, he apologized with a free breakfast sandwich. Congratulations Burger King for having such a passionate manager. He is the type of person you want working for you. Take care of people like that. I am a Burger King fan and have visited many BKs all around the country. I can guarantee you that it’s very difficult to find a manager like him.

3.3 stars? I’m surprised it’s even that high. Between the food, staff, and the condition of the inside. The overall rating should be a 1 and a half, maybe 2 stars. Several things I asked for I was told, “we don’t have none”. I should’ve pulled away at that point, but I didn’t. Oh well. Some of the food looked like it was put in a dehydrator. And of course I was asking for too much when I expected my order to be correct. When did become acceptable to be unprofessional while performing your job? This is sad. I will not coming back to this soup kitchen. You’ve been warned.

Manager Robert, I always come to the Burger King for the impossible burger. I always like it sometimes it’s hot sometimes it’s not, but I’m not too fussy since no other fast food places offer meat alternatives. I am giving you two stars because the service was a big problem. I went inside instead of the drive thru. The man at the front counter was dealing with cooking mistakes, packing up the orders , and ordering. He could not handle all this responsibility. He was allowing customers to walk out because he or the cooks couldn’t handle any orders and he complained about it. On the other hand the young man at the drive through window was hustling. He was getting his job done and helping indoor customers periodically. He was super friendly and worked very hard. Perhaps your manager job should be the young man???

I went to get Burger King for my husband and I for dinner tonight. I went through the drive thur, and they asked me to pull up, and they will bring it out. 25 minutes later, I walked in, and they had no order for me. There were no lie about 8 or 9 employees just standing around, and no other customers. I asked for my money back. NEVER EVER WILL I RETURN TO THIS BURGER KING. I HATE YOU!!!!!!

About a week ago I ordered an eggnormous Sausage breakfast burrito, when I got it the eggs were cold the cheese wasn’t melted, their wasn’t any sauce in it and the wrap was almost frozen. I’ve called the only number that’s available more times than I can count and it goes straight to voice mail every time. I can’t leave a message because there are so many voicemails on there already that the voicemail Box is completely full. So now I’m forced to call corporate and let them know about how the owner of the store doesn’t have a direct number for the store or how the owner of the store doesn’t return phone calls or even check their voice messages. It’s ridiculous that I have to go to this extreme just to Let them know about their service and product.

This place is amazing they will take care of you if your order was messed up. They have great customer service and I personally know that they are trying to rebuild the team there and the team they have is absolutely awesome and very kind, food is fresh, frys are good and the inside is very clea.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and onion rings. The chicken was hard and dry and the sauce tasted rancid. The onion rings, If you’d want to call them that, were actually onion bits, the odds and ends of what was left. Don’t know if they were low on items and deemed it necessary to serve subpar food. If I had tasted the food before driving home , I would have definitely asked for a refund. Waste of money.
