I’m very disgusted with the customer service experience. I order from this place at least once a week. They charge me $3 for this salad was empty never had this issue. When I called the lady was very nasty and told me it’s expensive. They gave us 2 soy sauce for 3 rolls & sushi and sashimi combo. I will never return they lost me.

I fell in love with this place a year ago on travel, and I’m back again and it’s better than ever. They are so nice and accommodating, and the sushi is some of the best I’ve had in all my travels. HIGHLY recommend Hanami if you’re anywhere near it. Volcano Roll and Fatty Salmon Sashimi are some of my favorites.

My 2nd and 3rd time there was just as great as the 1st. Staff is so nice (especially Lilly)and the food/sushi is amazing! Best in Middletown! Best i have had in the US since i moved here 9 years ago. And they were even be able to accommodate my friend who has gluten intolerance with gluten free (and reduced sodium!) soy sauce.
