I ordered the 4 Krystal combo. When I got home there was only one that had mustard and all of them were smothered with onions. There was even a big glob of onions in the bottom of the box when I took the first one out. I got some in Tennessee and they were the same way, so needless to say I was irritated!! I love Krystal’s cheese burgers and this is the first time I’ve had this happen. I had to scrape some of the onions off. Now I’ll be very hesitant to get them anymore.

We always stop here on our trip to visit my family in AL. (We just recently got a Krystal’s back home, but it’s almost a tradition) They were short staffed so we couldn’t order inside and had to go through the drive-thru, BUT they were still friendly and we received our order. Wait time was minimal. Food was great as always. It’s not the employees’ fault they were busy and short-handed.

Went in with my wife and was waiting to meet my mother and son for lunch. We both went to use bathrooms and came out disgusted. Extremely nasty!!! Sat down at table which looked like it hadn’t been wiped all day. Decided if what we saw was that bad then we could only imagine the kitchen. We just took our business to Chick-fil-A instead. The only reason I gave two stars was the fact I couldn’t comment on the food.

The drive thru obviously has a clock for efficiency, so the workers aren’t efficient, they just ask you to pull up after you pay(I was the ONLY person in line) and of course after my 9 minute wait, the entire order was wrong. I ordered 4 Krystals plain, no onions or anything else, 1 had mustard on it, all four had extra onions, I asked for tots, got fries, i asked for 2 corn pups, got 2 cheese chili pups instead, i dont eat cheese. Needless to say I threw the meal away and went somewhere else. I’m only writing this hoping the owner/manager read it and help the staff to get better. Good day.

Krystals is good but I have a certain rating for them. The one I visited did a great job for the dozen burgers with cheese. Only 1 box lost some of its cheese in the box. I know you have been there. They were all fresh and the toppings were placed on the bread correctly and not slammed sideways. No wet soggy burgers to talk about. I ate 4 before I got home, lol. Great job, only thing better is if they didn’t cost 16$ for 12, but that’s not there fault. More than 4 stars In my mind!
