I have always received excellent service and food except yesterday. I ordered on app and drive to pick up. I was told since I ordered on app and selected pick up I would have to come inside. I thanked the employee and said ok. I went inside the same employee was at counter. I asked her that on app you only have two options pickup and delivery. She pointed to another employee and said you will have to ask her and walked off. I spoke to the other employee and she explained that app only has those options and District Manager has stated that customers will have to come inside to pizza portal. I stated the window is right next to where you box and cut pizza can’t you hand it to me. She stated no because I used app and not the window I would have to come inside. THIS MAKES NO SENSE LITTLE CAESARS UPDATE YOUR APP!

I ordered off the app. I waited 10 extra mins and they still only had 3 pizzas done and instead of giving me 1 deep dish sausage. She gave me 2 lunch sausage pizzas that tasted worse then high school pizza.

Ordered a thin crust pepperoni at 3:29pm. I was told 25 mins. I came back at 4:06pm and was told another 15 min wait. They need to shut down!!! If the computers aren’t working, the excuse is the oven broke down. Lies in my opinion. Most times it’s cash only. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! Canceled order. I’d give them no stars if possible.

This is the last time I order trough the app for pick-up, every time it has taken a hour sometimes more past the time it says it’ll be ready for me to get my order. Most the time they don’t even start making it till I get to the store. Then I’m told it’ll be 15 min then 15 min later it’ll be another 15 min. Or my order will be canceled without me getting notified.

Arrived 10+ mins before they close and was told rudely that I couldn’t place an order…if you don’t serve pizza past 9:50pm, just lock the door! Also the pizza is incredibly inconsistent depending on who is working, even two from the same order are totally different, there is always a better and worse pizza…
