Absolutely amazing! They didn’t have lettuce for my wrap today but they informed me in the drive through line and were more than happy to replace it with a 12 piece chicken nugget order. And they refunded me for the wrap, gave me the nuggets for free, and some mini sandwiches (not sure what they’re called) even when I offered to pay they said it was free. Stellar customer service and I am thoroughly impressed! Thank you!

It’s a very delicious place to eat at with kind and speedy service. Although, there has been multiple times where my order has been messed up. Such as missing an order of fries or not enough nuggets. I understand these are simple mistakes but it just really sucks getting halfway home and realising I don’t have what I ordered. Amazing food, service is kind and quick but maybe we should slow it down.

The food was fine however they told us to park if we wanted the lemonade we ordered. Other cars that pulled up alongside us received their orders before we did , including orders of lemonade. We waited for over 20 minutes, and they were starting to close the restaurant. Employees were leaving the building towards their cars with drinks in hand, and we still hadn’t gotten ours. Eventually, we pulled back to the window, and employees were cleaning up the restaurant. We did get our lemonade but it was really disappointing that we had to go back and request it. They weren’t apologetic at all, and seemed more bothered we even asked. We were also the only non-white customers there, and I don’t want to make bold assumptions, but actions did feel intentional. Probably not coming back, but as I’m noticing different hints of racism while I’ve been in a Ohio, this establishment wouldn’t care, anyway.
