First time trying Japanese food, went to Hoshi Japanese express Washington ,, it was excellent , first time try deep fried sushi called west cali & Washington rolls are so delicious, they packed the deep fried sushi nicely and neatly!!! The chicken & scallops hibachi are so amazing yummy. Definitely recommended this place and be back soon !!

Ask First
Have never had a bad experience here. Good is good and service is great. Recently added ramen, a great simple dish for those cold days for sure. Would love if there were more seating outside to sit and have a meal there. It is fairly convenient and fast service. Beats any other sushi alternative in town.
