Ordered delivery, it never came!!!. I get an email saying the restaurant canceled the order bc they couldn’t reach me, they NEVER tried!!! I never got a phone call, or text. I waited almost 2 hours be4 I called, and then was met with a very rude woman saying they were at my house and I never answered the door. My house is only a 1 floor rancher, they never knocked!! I don’t know why I keep.ordering from here anyway, the food is always cold! It has the ability to be good if theyre quick and its hot which is rarely. Better luck hitting a jackpot than on them being consistent. I understand it can get busy, they always day 30 to 45 min and it’s never thst time…I always count on at least two hours.

I would give 0 stars but that isn’t an option. I ordered 2 chicken platters that were not fresh. The meat tasted bad and had even a terrible aftertaste. When I called the owner to complain she said she would send 2 replacement orders of chicken and to give the driver my original orders. The driver had an attitude from the start, upon pulling up to my residence he loudly slammed the car door to announce his arrival and when he proceeded to inspect my orders he said I only gave him one order when there were actually 2 orders. One was partially eaten this is how we discovered the meat was bad. The driver was rude and was causing a scene so when I dialed the owner back he ended up giving me one replacement order when I paid for 2 and didn’t even take the original orders–he handed it back to me! They got away with selling me bad food and didn’t want to correct it because they wouldn’t profit from it. Don’t waste your time or money as I am finding out there is no good Chinese food around this area.

The place was disgusting. Raw meat with cooked old meat on the counter.No hot water, dirty plastic partition dividing the eating area. Don’t walk run from this place. If you are hungry go to domino’s next door. Call the public health department!!! Would rather drink motor oil from pep boys!!!!!

My experience with this establishment has always been excellent. My food has always been exactly what I expected and when it was wrong they have always fixed any mistakes without any hesitation. The customer service on the phones is always courteous and the delivery drivers have always been pleasant to deal with. I think that this establishment and it’s staff are very friendly and courteous and eager to please the customers.

Ordered last night and food was gross. The chicken and broccoli had a weird taste and the chicken was rubbery. The shrimp egg rolls were not fresh. And the chicken noodle soup had weird white substance on the top, you could tell it wasn’t fresh. And again the chicken was rubbery and tasted awful. Do not recommend this place.

Ordered general tso chicken. Sauce flavor has changed, their meat is pretty much all breading, no actual meat. Seems like they become cheap with their quality of food. Ate here for years but their quality of food has changed. Not recommend here.

First of all the place is filthy and look more like a day care center. There’s kids in the kitchen including an Infant right in the kitchen. Toy and other things on the right hand side of the restaurant. There’s a long piece of painters plastic dividing the restaurant. Funny because it has a social distance sing yet only one 8 foot table where people eat and something between a storage and toy room on the other side. I ordered the seafood combination plater and it was supposed to have a mixture of seafood including lobster. There was not one piece of it on the plate. I called to complain about it a the lady was rude and stating that there was one small piece of lobster on it and that she saw it herself. Anyway I will NEVER go back again and will definitely tell my friends never to go there. I didn’t even eat half of it as it was covered with vegetable’s. TERRIBLE!! Almost forgot they must’ve put a 1/4 lb of imitation crab meat on it. Disgusting!!
