I have continued to give Joe’s Pizza a chance even though I have had multiple occasions of bad experience. After last night I will no longer be supporting this local establishment. I placed a $120 order that I was told would be delivered in 40 minutes. After an hour with no delivery, I called to check on the order and they told me to call back in 30 minutes. When I called 30 minutes later they told me it would be another 10 minutes if we picked it up and 45 minutes if it was delivered. I talked to a manger and had a horrible interaction with him. When my friend showed up to pick the order up she was told the order was canceled. I could understand the delay if the dine in business was slammed but there was literally no one else in the establishment but another customer waiting on their to go order. I went directly to Imo’s after the two hour wait and was home with food in twenty five minutes. If you can’t accommodate online ordering then turn it off or at least let your customers that used it know that the time they were given will not be accurate.

We had a party of 9. 1 person ordered an appetizer, the other 2 split a small pizza. The rest of us ordered the “endless spaghetti” special. The drinks came out, but were never offered a single refill. Then the salads came out, then over an hour later we were so frustrated that the bread, refills, spaghetti or even crackers were not done or even offered. Then after over an hour, we decided to leave. We told the manager that we didn’t think it was right to have to pay for the few items that we had received, when the rest of the group’s items never arrived. The waitress never came back to the table once to check on us or just apologize for the wait. We got told “well the people over there have been waiting for an hour and a half.” We got told that we still needed to pay for the items we consumed. Then our waitress who was at the register was arguing with us as well! Then we were told to never come back. It was YOUR fault that you couldn’t deliver the food that we ordered. If you cannot provide the food on your menu for the customers, you should be closed. The customer service was HORRIBLE. We did not cuss anyone out or even yell. But to not even apologize or just comp the rest of the few items, was unacceptable! We will never return and never recommend.

Food has good portion sizes but needs a little more seasoning . One serving can feed two people. Phone service was really good. In person service is okay. Bad thing is this location does not take their own coupons. This was an up to date coupon too. If you have a Joe’s Pizza and Pasta coupon, you have to use at at one of their other locations.

The Chicago here is great but the delivery people can’t seem to deliver without EVERYTHING sliding off the pizza. I’m not sure if they need a special ring around them, or container or what, but the delivery people need to realize they can’t put these hot pizzas in their cars sideways. It seems like they show up this way almost every time.

After waiting over an hour with no drink refills, and no “all you can eat” spaghetti (which we came for) our party of 9 decided to cancel our order and go somewhere els. When we informed a waitress (who was not ours) we were told to see the front desk concerning our bill (for the 2 beers one appetizer sized pizza and 3 salads we had received). When we made the statement that we should AT LEAST be comped for what we had received we were told “no you consumed it, you pay for it” we then further argued our point. The response was “fine get out and don’t come back.”

I’ve been looking for Chicago Style Pizzas in the area, I finally found a favorite place! Not far from home, amazing service, and great tasting food! Their Chicago Deep dish is soo good! Thank you to the cooks and staff for a very filling dinner!!

I love the heart shaped pizzas for Valentine’s Day but I also ordered a Chicago style I had to wait around for the bread sticks to come out and that was fine but the Chicago style deep dish was so soggy on the bottom I was very disappointed because I have been wanting to order a Chicago style from here for a while and For almost $30 for 1 pizza you would think it wouldn’t have been soggy!!! I definitely took a picture but I don’t know why it will not let me post it Because it was bad!!!

Service was so rude. They acted like we were such a bother because we came in at 8:20. They already dumped the lemonade for the day, we dropped a napkin on the floor and she was to busy sweeping and stacking chairs to give us a new one. No one asked how our food was, never refilled drinks. Very very poor service. Do not recommend!
