Waiting 30 minutes for an online order. Ordered three flavors but they all looked the same and didn’t have any seasoning. Wings were soaked in oil. There were supposed to be 20 pieces. We ended up throwing them away.

Ordered online, was quoted 16-20 minutes, but 50 minutes later was when they finally gave me the bag, after I was waiting for over 30 minutes. Barely any acknowledgement, and then when I asked for the dips that I ordered because they were missing, they practically threw them at me. I personally like the location. I placed my order online and picked it up for dinner on the way home. I did arrive before my pick up time and waited awhile until my food was prepared fresh. The restaurant was very clean. Most of the customers were in and out to pick up their orders. Some orders sat a bit longer on the shelf before customers picked up. The employees are young. They all work together just fine as a team should. They enjoyed the music playing it was loud but entertaining. I did not mind that. I remember thinking that eventually a customer would complain…but I had a different perspective. The younger generation deserves some credit and in this city I pride them for staying out of trouble earning a living and listening to whatever music they work best in. It is what it is. My food was prepared to perfection and was still hot and fresh and ready to serve when I got home. No complaints here and I will return in the future.

Unprofessional children. Placed my order for 30 wings waited patiently only to get something thrown together. LG corn cold. The place looked closed to begin with. Went online to check hours then tried the door. Loud music with cursing playing, employee dancing yet my order could not be fixed properly. They were not concerned a bit. After requesting refund she tells me it will take 4-5 days. Visits at your own risk I’m sure there are more places to go.
