We had ordered a large number of sandwiches to be picked up at 4:00 PM. Upon entering the shop, a girl sitting in a booth rudely yelled at us that they were out of some of the various breads. We said that we had a pick up order.

I ordered delivery for a team of contractors. One hour past the delivery window, I decided to just pick it up myself. I called so many times both to see about the order status and to tell them I wanted a refund. No one ever answers. I never even got the tip or delivery fee refunded.

I’ve ordered delivery from these guys and have great experiences! I’ve had to call to order because the app doesn’t have Turkey Tom on there anymore, and they are always super pleasant and deliver pretty quickly! Now if they could just fix the app, that’d be great!

Never available for delivery. Doesn’t make much sense. Figure it out you lose tons of business including mine. Hire more delivery drivers, pay more, do anything figure it out . Prices keep going up but service keeps going down.
