I decided to give Taco Bell a try again, and ordered 3 burritos (don’t judge, I was hungry) with the same options. 1 burrito was correct, 2 were completely wrong. I greatly dislike sour cream, and 2 of them were loaded with it. And as you know, burritos are wrapped so you can’t see what is in them until you start eating. I lost my appetite quickly, so I suppose I should thank them for saving me some calories.

No. Just, no. I think perhaps a 7 year old made my taco supreme (literally 3 to 6 shreds of cheese, not much of anything, and the shell was about half full total) And my first Mexican pizza. Not impressed. My husband told me how much better they were when he would go to a local Plano, Texas Taco Bell in high school. I’m from the Dallas area, we have Taco Casa, hand over fist better than this. But I did get a reminder on why we started loving Taco Casa this way. I guess, thanks for the reminder…? Bummer, sure hope this is not the norm…

Looked closed , food poorly done , forgot product , walked back in to get the cinnamon bites for 3 breakfast boxes gave 2 said hash browns were not part of box and clearly on app it does include hash browns and cinnamon bites. I already told them didn’t need the drinks so not have to throw away product then the 2 guys want to screw me over on product I paid for . I left spending $26 and not with all my food. Store looked closed , 2 guys working did not appear to care at all. Mother’s day morning empty parking lot menu on board wasn’t changed to breakfast either at 9am , I not only had all this but with no customers I had to pull around to the front door for them to bring it out to me . Management this is on you , if you are not watching and aware of zero sales times looking at cameras to verify, and hiring correctly . Let’s get this fixed by or change management people do want to work it just takes work to find and train them so lazy management makes lazy employees.

Tonight is the 3rd time I didn’t get my complete order.The tacos in the family pack I ordered were all broken & soggy. I didn’t get the cinna delights I ordered but the boy assured me they were in the bag. The bag was small and the food was all force packed in it to the point where the bag was wet. I don’t know why I keep going back. Never again. Do better Taco Bell!

I ordered a #1- 3 Crunchy Taco taco Supremes w/drink, and the $5 Cravings Box. I received 2 soft Tacos in first order, and the 2nd was missing The Beef Supreme Chalupa, and the a 1 layer Burrito. Of Course these Mistakes weren’t noticed until we arrived home to eat. BIG Disappointment with This Taco Bell Location. Unfortunately it’s on the way home after working/driving a 15 hour Day. We realized They had Not put the Receipt in bag, so I couldn’t do a survey. VERY SAD..

I finally decided to try Taco Bell again and once again I was disappointed they messed up my order again I only ordered one item and it was wrong again. I ordered a nacho Bell grande with no beans because I’m allergic to beans. And extra meat . That’s not what I got. I got a regular nacho Bell grande with no meat and all beans and no sour cream . But I was charged for extra meat. I will never eat there again

The female day Mgr, today 8.4.23 with the tattoos was completely UNPROFESSIONAL. She reprimanded and humiliated her enoloyees while a lobby of people were trying to enjoy their food. Not a proper way to reprimand any employee in front of other Co-workers. She was even in the back, screaming at them. I’m disgusted by her indecency. To her employees, chin up. Don’t let ppl treat you like that.

Went to order food on a road trip. Looked up the Taco Bell that was open on the way. Get there at 12a, workers are outside smoking, when asked if they are open they said they are not. One of the workers still had a headset on. Very confused and disappointed that the hours online say 1am is close time.
