I ordered 4 piece tender combo and a Cajun chicken fillet biscuit combo add egg and cheese. I got a bun, slice of cheese and the Cajun chicken fillet. I didn’t get the biscuit or egg I ordered. They lied and said they didn’t have Cajun chicken fillets. I totally understand that they was about 15 minutes from closing. But still they shouldn’t have mess up my order like this.

Dirty neglected facility where the flies in the kitchen move faster than the employees, of those that I could see. The food is dependable but everything else is not. Came by yesterday and it was cash only. Today, had to wait 3 minutes before someone came up to take my order and then my coffee was just barely warm. The old facility is not a problem as many Bojangles tend to dated. It adds to their character but this one is kind of gross. The food is the only thing that brings me back but I’ll never go inside again. The Bo’s Chicken Sandwich was good.

This BOJANGLES has gone down considerably since the new Management took over. I tried to give it a chance but after this week I’m DONE! Two days ago they had NO BISCUITS!! This is BOJANGLES right!! Then today they have a line outside, people waiting inside, girl at register not able to print receipts, manager comes out, boom bang ❗️I have to wait twenty minutes biscuit ready and waiting after five. When I asked for it, the “boy” because he obviously had no customer service training or home training, waved his hand in my face and told me to shut up. I asked for the manager who came up and it was obvious right away where the boy got his training from. He acted as though he couldn’t be bothered, waved me off too and facetiously told me “to have a good day”. Yeah right!!! Not my fault buddy that you don’t have chicken or biscuits ready at a BOJANGLES. You’re inept, unprofessional, lacking Managerial skills and just down-right disrespectful. Shame on you!!!

Drive thru employee didn’t say thank you or anything. Just gave me my food and closed the window. Quite rude. Also didn’t receive a spork to eat mashed potatoes and Cole slaw. Luckily I had an extra one in my console.

I was going to eat here but thankfully I had to use the restroom first. It was 7:30 AM in the morning and it was very clear that the bathroom had never been cleaned from the night before. Trashcan was full, toilet paper all over the gross floor and no soap. No thanks.

Worst BOJANGLES I’ve ever been to. I Had To Reorder My Food Twice , after that I just took a refund. My bread was cold my filet was hard as a rock big piece of tomato no lettuce sandwich was just slapped together! After saying it was cold and wasn’t right I guess they microwave it. But what got me was their service! Their attitudes were HORRIBLE! Even The Manager She Was Very Rude & Acted As If She Didn’t Care About My Food! This Isn’t my first time going through this with them I tried to give them another chance but I’m here to say NEVER AGAIN Mebane Oaks Bojangles Is THE WORST! Staff and Food NO GOOD!!!!!! I Wanna Call The Health Department On Them Sooo Bad!

Avoid. Got sick this weekend from eating here. Stomach cramps and you know what else! Worst thing my kids got sick as well. Definitely did not see the reviews before going. Not sure what’s up with this location but the health department should stop by and do an inspection for sure!

Horrible service! Manager gets mad and hangs up the phone when i call and ask why I received ranch dipping sauce with my salad when she could have just told me there wasn’t any ranch “dressing” … this is unacceptable to the essential workers out here .. its a shame i cant go put and get me a healthy meal without something being wrong with it
