Update 5/10: Wow, this location has severely gone down hill. 15 minute at drive thru wait AFTER I pulled up to the ordering speaker. Usually the food is still decent; not this time. Kung Pao chicken had zero brown sauce, it was wet and mushy. Rice was terrible. Will not be coming back.

Ordered a delivery well over an hour before they closed. They’re so lazy, they literally called and left me a voicemail saying they would like to cancel and refund my order. I called them back confused, and was told ” yes they still had over an hour before they closed but their cooks would like to stop cooking at a certain time and did I wanna speak to the cook directly to address the issue?”

I had lunch with a friend today, and it was not the enjoyable experience we’d expected! The front door was locked, people kept checking the fire, walking to the side door, was also locked, and then driving away, I phoned the restaurant, and was curtly told they were doing drive- thru-only all day, due to being short staffed. No apologies offered.

Panda Express are usually a hit or miss, sometimes it’s really good, sometimes not. But this location by far is the worst experience I’ve ever had with Panda Express. Firstly, one of the employees got my order wrong after he asked me to confirm what I wanted two times. It was like he completely ignored my answer, what was the point on asking me if you’re gonna put random sides onto my plate? The rice was bland and mushy like congee and the honey walnut shrimp was too crispy. Don’t recommend this place..

I’ve frequented this location several times over the past two months. I’ve never had this much trouble getting orders right – wrong drinks – root beer not Dr. Pepper (not even close in sound) missing one of the choices or wrong… inside dinning is not available. Exterior drive through menu is missing. This location is horrible.

How is this place still open?? Showed up a bit early to pick up an online order and said I would have to wait instead of putting the order together . They completely forgot to put teriyaki sauce on my chicken. I should have known better they never get my order right. Also seen them deny a man his chicken they forgot because he didn’t have a receipt, made him go out to his car and find it and still questioned if it was his .

I requested sweet and sour sauce when I placed my order. Went through the drive thru for pick-up and then get back to work and the sauce is not in the bag. Without it, my food was not as good as it could have been. It’s clearly listed on my receipt. Please pay attention to customer’s requests.
