I’ve dined at Walkers twice. One Saturday evening, and one Sunday around 6pm. I love the food, it’s really good. The service is a little slow, but the staff is extremely friendly. I’ve tried the hummus trio – highly recommend.

This is my go to place for special occasions or just a really good meal in the Springfield/Kingstown area. The focus is farm to table, seasonal food, so the menu changes frequently. The kitchen will make almost any dish gluten free. The cocktails are inventive and the wine selection varied. When it’s busy it can feel noisy and crowded inside. But there is a large covered patio which feels miles away from this place’s office park location. They take reservations, but we’ve never needed them. My favorite entrée is the scallops, which are always cooked perfectly. For summer they’re serving them with a coconut curry sauce. They also do weekend brunch, but I’ve never tried it.

I decided to go to Walker’s Grille based on the reviews. I’m very disappointed with my experience here. First, I had a reservation but upon arrival was told we had to wait 20-25 minutes to be seated. After we were seated, we were told that they only offer the prix-fixe menu for Father’s Day. At no point when I made the reservation or called to confirm the reservation was I told about the limited menu. After we placed our order, we waited for a little over 30 minutes just to get a salad. Now on to the food, it was the WORSE food I have EVER had in a restaurant. No one in our group enjoyed their food. The best part of my meal was the bacon (can’t really mess that up). We let our server (Nicole) know that none of us liked our food but she did a great job at serving us. I would not go to this restaurant again nor would I recommend it.

FANTASTIC Brunch!!! The menu was great, and the food DELICIOUS. Went there for a Sunday brunch around 10:30am and the patio was enjoyable. (The outdoor design and furniture would probably make it a really great night time venue too) They have a disclaimer on their menu that everything is made from scratch so please relax and enjoy, so we didn’t expect it to be a fast food restaurant. EXCELLENT experience! My only regret was that my stomach couldn’t hold any more food…

Service was excellent – we had a group event at the bar, and our bartender, Nicole, was superb. We had a few small plates that we shared – everything we ordered was well prepared and well presented. A really nice overall experience. Will definitely return.

We went on Valentine’s Day and I really feel like they weren’t prepared for the turnout. Maybe they had workers call out and they were short staffed, either way we waited a really long time. The hostess, Analise, was amazing! I could tell she was stressed but she was very professional and friendly. My food was burnt and they remade it for me with no problem, but when I got it back it was med well instead of well. Overall I enjoyed the place and I will go back to see if they can get 1 or 2 more stars

A superb evening on Valentine’s Day, the special menu was a delight, what variety! The atmosphere was perfect for relaxing with dear friends despite the fact that the restaurant was packed. A testimony to the exquisite meal we had! I highly recommend Walker’s Grille!
