Came for a chicken bowl and they didn’t even have my exact full change. Why isn’t there enough money to give customers their exact money back in the register and then they barely had any food to put in my bowl. I had to ask for my change they didn’t even tell me they didn’t have it. Never will I come back again because they didn’t give me my full money and they barely had food.

Customer service was horrible! The person that was attending me kept rolling her eyes, giving me very nasty attitude. I was not done my order when she started taking the next persons order. I had to make the line again for her to complete my order. She then had another person take care of me and then gave me an attitude again because she had to finish taking my order.

I love chipotle but for this particular store is a NO for me!!! The first time i brushed it off cause Mayb they was having a bad day, everyone is entitled to them! But I’ve gone for the 3rd time including today and the girls always got their face balled up, on their phones and have an attitude, the person on the table rushes to make ur food so it’s never appealing! If I’m paying my money please take ur time with my food and make it the same way u want someone to make yours.

We ate in, burrito and tacos drink guacamole, The food tasted good. It was not too busy at 2:00 p.m. on a Tuesday. But the place is filthy, floors have dirt on them, the tables and chairs all need to be wiped down, doesn’t look like the seating area gets clean very often.. staff were okay, not smiling, not very welcoming, compared to other Chipotles we have visited.

Worst chiptole ever. got there at 8:50 and they didn’t have anything, I asked for white rice and they said they didn’t have any because they’re closing… Mind you they close at 10pm a whole hour and 20 minutes later… someone placed a big mobile order and they started laughing about how they’re gonna cancel it because its about to be 9 oclock and they’re not gonna make anything new for the rest of the day. I got my meal then tried to sit to eat & the employees tell me the dining area is closed. after asking for the manager and explaining to them that they still had an hour til closing they let me and 3 other irate customers finally sit down. its like they’re trying to get away with whatever they can get away with here. Not coming back to this branch again.

It’s suppose to open at 10:45 but it’s 10:50 and the workers are sitting down inside earthy watching all of us stand outside the locked door to wait for them to be done. Super unprofessional. Needs new employees and management. Super disappointed chipotle. You’re losing out on all the Money from the costumers standing outside and leaving.
