Best little BBQue I have ever found! Watched these guys from the start. They have done nothing but improve and grow! Go early! Order in advance! They are so good they sell out early! They even help out the community and the local Volunteer Fire Department! What a place.

We pulled up tonight at 6:30 sign says they close at 7:30. We were getting our kids ready and the guy came and hung the closed sign up so that he didn’t have to serve us. We took a 20 minute detour our way from Florida to Waco because of the great reviews. What a horrible place.

Great food, friendly locals, supports the local taco truck instead of competing with their neighbors. Awesome outdoor covered area and even a friendly dog on staff. Prices can’t be beat, especially for GOOD BBQ. I love the potato and burritos both, I’m a big guy and they fill me up for $10. I can also go grab a link of smoked sausage to toss in my Alfredo at home if I’m running behind and need a quick, but home cooked, meal.

I ordered the stuffed chopped baked potatoe, all the way with jalapenos. I also ordered the sliced brisket sandwich, all the way. Very good flavors and an excellent values. It’s a short drive from Dayton, actually closer than driving to Liberty. Outside dining is clean and comfortable. Friendly people who are just trying to make a living selling best bbq possible. Highly recommended!

Been going here for years. Friendly, personable folks, great food, active in the community, nice clean place. 5 Stars for Miss Biscuit too. Zero complaints, just be sure to check online for hours because there is a weekday or two that they’re closed.
