While I can’t speak as to the atmosphere since we chose delivery, the service was very friendly! Our delivery driver was by far the most outgoing I’ve ever experienced. We are staying at a hotel from out of town and got in late from the state fair. Ordering was quick and easy as was the delivery. They do not accept cards as many other small family places don’t. The pizza crust was thin and chewy just the way it should be. There were plenty of toppings on our pizza as well. Maybe too many as the crust is thin and could not hold everything up. The sauce is very thin (almost wattery) but a bit bland. We got the cheesy bread as well which was also bland. The ravioli was pretty disappointing as the meatballs tasted like your run of the mill frozen packaged brands in any old store as did the pasta. In a pinch I’d order again but, it wouldn’t be my first choice.

Great little spot right down from a cute plaza, movie theater, ice cream shop and many other establishments. Small town feeling and a great little getaway!

Went here for the first time. The pizza is thin crust and it’s excellent. I nearly ate a large by myself in one sitting, so if you have 3-4 people definitely get an XL.

I love this place! It’s just like the old school pizza joints from my childhood where a guy works every night to make great pizza! It’s not fancy it’s just good! The pizza is top notch and so are the ravioli and homemade marinara with garlic bread! Joe is a basically a one man show with some help! Every time I go I feel like this place should be busier! Enjoy!

New in town and just placed our FIRST order to Joe’s Pizza. I think I talked to the owner because I heard someone refer to him as Joe. A charming man. My husband prefers Meat Lovers and I prefer Vegetarian. I had to take a photo of it before we ate because it smelled so good that I wasn’t sure enough would be left once we started eating. Please excuse picnic fare but moving truck will not arrive until after Christmas.

Worst crust on a pizza ever and we bought 2. It was burnt and tasteless ruining whatever ingredients that were on top.

Great thin crust, crispy pizza. Owner is friendly. We will go back again.. But… The place is definitely a “hole in the wall”, rather dirty and dingy, not sure why the place isn’t cleaner, ’cause the food is good enough to do a better business.

Wonderful wonderful pizza!! Crust was delicious, ingredients very quality and flavorful. Our 6 month old even wanted to devour it. Joe is a nice man who took the time to come and talk to us, and he was patient when we didn’t have cash and it took us a while to figure out payment. (Make sure you have cash or check, no debit).

This is by far the best pizza in town. I do have some friends who prefer thicker crust and Joe’s serves thin crust pizzas. They did agreed it was the best thin crust pizza in town. I think it’s the best in general. Anyways, at the very least, people agree it’s the best at what it does.
