Been here a couple times. Meals were good. Biscuits are simply amazing – perfect balance of crispy and soft. I might go back just to buy some biscuits.

So glad I was finally able to check this spot out! I ordered the oyster mushroom scramble with a side of bacon and the brunch margarita. The potatoes were perfectly cooked, the drink was delicious, and it was probably some of the best bacon I’ve ever had. The service was friendly and attentive, and the owner was lovely. I’m so happy to have found this spot and can’t wait to go back for dinner.

A true hidden neighborhood gem! I would say in all honesty I come here almost once a week (for over a year now) I love it so much. Consistently incredible service AND food. To start, the service is above and beyond – the staff are warm and friendly, and know how to “read the table” to tell whether you’re in a rush or want to relax and hang out for a while. The owner, Michelle, takes the time to greet every customer that comes through the door. And everything (and I mean everything because I’ve tried it all!!) on the menu is delicious, including the fabulous cocktails – you can tell it’s all made with love! I believe Michelle crafts a lot of the food/recipes from scratch and it really shows. Great cozy and hip decor indoors and beautiful outdoor seating as well – the perfect spot for a date night, or to wow friends visiting town. Don’t miss the cake, and check out their brunch as well. Pictured here is the delicious tuna conserva open face sandwich. I have also rarely had an issue getting a table/seat at the bar here which is awesome as well. Can’t say enough good things and hope to see this restaurant continue to be a staple in the neighborhood for many years to come! Thank you to the incredible staff!

Brunch is incredible. The menu was very simple, but brilliant. As so many of the reviews mention, the pork verde and eggs is perfection. The lemon ricotta waffle was also wonderful, and the drinks were a nice complement to everything.

Absolutely delicious and creative comfort food and a wonderful friendly neighborhood atmosphere. We loved our server KJ who was truly top notch – attentive, thoughtful, and friendly. She even went out of her way to nab us one of the last homemade biscuits before the kitchen ran out! We can’t wait to come back!

We have friends who live near the Union Saloon and every time they take us there for dinner, we wish we lived closer. Their drinks are flavorful and interesting. Their fried chicken is moist and delicious. Their sandwiches and salads generous and tasty too. It is a great neighborhood place!

This is an absolutely fantastic place. Great vibe, great food. It’s sophisticated but low key. The menu is thoughtfully curated, the food is creative but approachable and delicious. The prices are reasonable. And Michele and her staff are delightful. It’s our favorite hang out spot in Wallingford, for sure.

This is a great local neighborhood eatery. I love fried chicken. The caramelized onion dip is amazing. For brunch I recommend the waffle or biscuits and gravy. The staff are nice. The service is usually good.
