Ok so the lunch special is cheap. I was excited about that. But it does not come with anything no drink no soup no egg roll just your entree. Ok my rice was super freaking hard. And the egg for young came with one small egg. Yea just one. Sauce very tart in my beef and broccoli.

Went to New Delicate China located at 6201 Sewells Point Rd in Norfolk on 12/12/21 after seeing that my regular Chinese Restaurant was closed due to renovations. I spent $26 and my food was tasteless, dry, and the rice was hard. I should have asked for my money back when I saw the lady warming something up in the microwave but I wasn’t sure what she warming up. I called them to inform them of my complaint and the lady stated it had to be my taste because their food is always fresh,everyone loves their food and they don’t get any complaints. Then proceeded to say she was busy and had to go bye.. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE AGAIN!!

This place is terrible. WHERE DO I START!???? The food was bland because it it lacked taste, salt, pepper and flavor. I ordered shrimp and broccoli meal and there was small to medium size shrimp and barely any shrimp in the pan with little bit of broccoli. The white rice was just okay. The shrimp was barely cooked and not deveined. We also ordered chicken and broccoli, general tso’s. I got chicken wings 4 piece this is my favorite, so I know a good Chinese chicken wings and fries meal and these chicken was not good this obviously a few days old possibly 2 to 4 days old. Mediocre to bland food at best. The place looked nasty from outside and the food to match not to mention the outside was kind of sketchy and shady wouldn’t go there late at night or leave your car long. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This place is horrible, last week I ordered shrimp fried rice, egg foo young, and shrimp and broccoli the shrimp had a funny smell and the egg foo young gravy taste like pancake mix and I got the throw up feeling after i finished eating smh please do not eat there!
