It’s taken me WAY too long to try Cocina Los V and I am kicking myself for sleepin’ on this place. First of all, these guys crack me up – solidly sweet dudes with a great sense of humor and customer service! Second of all, all their food is FIRE! Tried their dorado tacos, vampiros, and cheesy ramen birria and omg I loved ALL OF IT. Their birria is one of the bests I’ve ever had (super authentic and flavorful) and their meat is so tender and juicy. We also loved their salsa – great spice and flavor which just added to the already tasty meat.

This place is some of the best Birria I’ve ever had. The broth was full of flavor and meat was juicy. They have tacos, burritos and ramen! The address listed is not accurate. Look for a large black tent around Olympic and Gage. We found this place in front of a parking garage on Olympic. Usually there’s a lot of people there. Best food ever!!

Food was amazing! Ramon was good but I’m a taco girl. Crispy tacos with cheese were amazing! The staff were friendly and fast. Location was a little off (about 300 ft) but I called and they redirected me no problem. They’re on the corner of gage and Olympic at a little taco stand. Yes it’s a taco stand but every great place started from somewhere.
