The food is still what is always been. What really made this lunch order for the crew was 2 things. The girl that took my order was the nicest and most helpful staff I’ve ever experienced at a fast food location… she deserves a raise and everyone to model after her way with customers. The second was the nicest act of kindness that restored my belief in people. This gentleman bought a full meal for this homeless person who seemed very hungry and needed a little love and hope. You could see they both received the gift of love, in this act of kindness.

Don’t waste your time. Went through the drive through & only one other person was in line so they weren’t busy. Asked for a fill up bowl, Dr Pepper & a side of Mac & cheese. They repeated the order & it was right except the drink. I get to the window & they still give me the wrong drink & forgot my side so I went back not even a full minute later. She was nice enough & gave me the right drink but when I told her they also missed my side of Mac & cheese she came back & I was given just the Mac & cheese & nugget bowl which again was not what I ordered. Almost $19 for a wrong order TWICE is unacceptable.

They gave us our mash potato but no gravy, when we tried to call about it, they didn’t answer the phone. I’m a little confused who would just order mash? We even clarified mash AND gravy.

So I decided to stop at KFC for famous chicken bowl. The normal price is 6.19 For some reason they are Cost $12 each I ordered two of them which was $24 I’ve never seen this before they told me because their franchise if they can charge whatever they want they are ripping people off every day if you decided to stop at this location please check the price of the things that you were ordering.

Make sure you count before you leave. I ordered 24 hot wings, I got only 19, plus 1 more in the photo. Said gonna wait for 10min to get it, but I waited 25min. I mean, I understand it’s almost Thanksgiving, and I usually don’t count as I used to trust the service. Geez.
