I got pizza here for the first time yesterday and it was absolutely disgusting. The pizza was burnt,the sausage had a awful taste no one ate it, the pizza sauce was very watery and the pizza in general was tasteless. On top of that I called to do delivery because the web site says delivery the lady who answered said we don’t do delivery and hung up on me and was really rude about how she said it. That should have been my first sign but I went ahead and called back for pick up. I will never be going back here again just awful

Just met with a group of friends and got pizza, fries, and a grilled chicken salad from Paesano’s. All the food was really good. My only complaint was that the food wasn’t ready when they said it would be so I had to wait in the store a bit longer than anticipated. But I would definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking for good quality pizza with fresh ingredients.

I travel to the area often to visit my daughter. My go to has always been to order from here. I ordered a medium cheese pizza and 6 hot wings. My husband picked up the order and gave me a receipt for $27.03! The medium pizza is $11 and the wings $6. How did they come up with $27.03! I called them and spoke to the owner. He said they only sell large pizzas and large orders of wings. I asked why I wasn’t told that when I placed my order? He decided to slide past answering that and just said that they were the only sizes they sell. I told him that was fine that that is all they sell, but that I should have been informed that when I placed my order so that way I could decide whether or not I wanted to order or not. He did not apologize or offer any discount or refund. When I told him that I would not be back again, he just said okay, maybe you’ll find it cheaper somewhere else! And, the food was not all that!!! Talk about bad customer service. I will not be back.

My workplace moved into the area recently and we were looking for a sub/pizza place. We ended up getting cheesesteaks from Paesano’s, and they were some of the best ever. They definitely have FRESH bread, and excellent portion sizes. Can’t wait to get back and try out the rest of their menu. Make sure to get on their Facebook page as well so you can see what fresh pastries, etc. they have available that day. The owners are also excellent and very personable. I can recommend this restaurant wholeheartedly.

My Mother got to know the owners because she had their girls in 1st grade. Very friendly people who make incredible food. The pizza is just perfect. Thin enough you can fold it, but not too thin that it is cracker like. The crust tastes like homemade bread and there are a few bubbles on the pizza, which I always like. One of the best places around for great thin crust pizza.

I placed a takeout order and the Stromboli was so burnt, we had to eat the inside out with spoons. Contacted the owner and was berated for making a complaint. When I sent the owner a picture of the Stromboli, even he said he wouldn’t eat it. He kept saying I should have returned it. I don’t live near the restaurant or would have. Mind you, my family has been regular customers for years and never had a problem before. Paesanos food was always excellent until this one time, so I didn’t have a reason to check the food before I left their restaurant. The owner and his wife were the only two working and whichever of them made it, obviously saw how black it was.and still gave it to us. We were not offered a refund or credit (total bill was over $59) and he told me outright to “go somewhere else” for food from now on. No worries there: Never again will we patronize their establishment.

Been going here on and off for many years, past few months I been going more often. I really like this place and never had an order messed up, had to wait past time I was told and the owners are the nicest and most personable people you could meet. Love the food (usually go for the subs and occasionally a pizza) and will continue to come here even though I’m closer to mammas I just think everything tastes better here and you get better portioned ingredients and the prices are fair. If you never been here I highly recommend this place! Enjoy!
