This Pizza Hut location is tucked away in a small shopping center off Galloway Ave. It is clean and the service was great. I had ordered a pizza online and they didn’t have the specific crust after making the order. The restaurant called me to let me know and it was nice that they followed up. My order was ready on time to picked up.

Not understanding the low score, out of all the mainstream pizza chains around, Pizza Hut is the only one that hasn’t disappointed me yet. They always get my order correct and it’s almost always good. If I had anything to complain about it’s that sometimes my order has taken too long and arrives cold, but that’s happened very few times. Also one time my pizza arrived overcooked and burnt, but I’ve just since learned to only order at lunch time, never dinner time. These pizza delivery places seem to make the most mistakes around evening/dinner time.

First time in March waited 4 hours for delivery never came store closed no answer no apologies and now last night I ordered a very simple order at 7:36pm came at 11:45pm I called 6 times no answer 3 times put on hold for over hour last 3 calls still no apologies nothing y’all ruined dinner for my family twice now and for that u have lost a very loyal customer and have forced me to eat Lower quality like dominoes and poppa John’s thank you for ruining my pizza nights for ever

Placed my order online and its about to be 1 hr and 30 minutes since I placed the order and the pizza hasn’t gotten here yet. The worst thing is that this is not the first time. Last time I had to go pick it up since the had “no drivers working that day” the manager of this place need to hire more people because waiting so long for a pizza is not acceptable. Now that it arrived take a look at my cookie this is how it got here and the pizza was stale. I will just order Dominos next time.
