My best friend and I went there for my birthday dinner and we had a great time. The restaurant was clean and following all of the social distance guidelines, as did our server and our bartender. I had the scallops and my friend had the chicken and I got to tell you, those scallops were like butter! I very much enjoyed it. Would highly recommend it for a lovely intimate dinner for any occasion.

last night i got room service at the hilton (that uses this restaurant) and was eating my mixed greens salad when i noticed two bugs in my food, one of which was still twitching. soon afterward, my stomach hurt very badly

We thought we’d give it a try — Valentines Day AND a Blue Jackets game. Easily made reservations through Open Table. Seated quickly once they opened at 5. Cheese flatbread pizza was excellent, chicken and waffles was good, skip the onion rings. Bread was good, especially the nutty wheat bread. We ordered burgers. Mine came with cool (temperature) fries and cheese that had mostly evaporated off the burger. People who arrived after we did were served before us. Staff was attentive, friendly, and concerned that our reaction to the meal was “just okay.” They went above and beyond trying to respond to our issues. Hopefully, it was just an off night. We’ll give them another chance.

Wandered in for dinner(was the only place open), no greeter or host. Bartender Lady was weird and literally drinking a beer behind the bar. Like a whole beer. Lol

We had a reservation for 8p. We arrived early to check out the bar and have a drink. The bar staff was friendly but they needed some additional help with the crowd size. They also were having a bit of a conflict between each otherat one point. We checked on our reservation and we were seated promptly at 8. The server was very nice and considerate. The kitchen on the other hand had some issues. It took 90 minutes to receive our food and when we did receive it, it was under cooked. I was polite with the server but was completely frustrated on the inside with the service, especially with the amount of money dinner cost. We were provided a glass of wine for our wait but that just wasnt enough. Hope they make some improvements, it could be a nice place to go especially with the proximity to so many other activities in the city. Put a damper in the evening, by the time we left we were just ready to go home. I hope they can get back to the Hiton standard.

Two hour wait for food, yet restaurant only half filled. When food did arrive, only a few plates at a time, over a 40min time frame for first plate to last plate. Food was cold, awful flavor combinations, and way to little to justify price. One star for mgr comp’ing the food, otherwise would be zero star. but still….we would rather pay for descent, hot food.

Be very careful when you stay at this hotel and charge to your room at the restaurant Gallerie Bar and Bistro. They will add the tip to the total which already included your tip and you will never notice unless you check final bill at the check out.
