On 2-10-2023 me and my family went to grab food for our family for the night there was a lady manger that was there everything ran smooth we went home happy decided to return the next day. 2-11-23 there was a older man working probably the worst service iv experienced in a while . He had a very disrespectful attitude the whole time messed up on my order made me and my family wait 45 min to even correct the situation and also decided to charge me an additional 2$ for sauce will be calling to talk to the owner tomorrow morning and most definitely will not be returning!!!!!!!!

My friend decided to buy a homeless guy a meal outside your place. You guys didn’t take the time to even cook his meal because the line was long, it was our first time hanging out and he proceeded to have stomach pains all night, he nearly fell asleep trying to just not pay mind to it and then projectile threw up the double bacon burger that was cooked too fast…before he ate it I thought “oh the bacon looks a little undercooked or pink..eh that’s probably what color it usually comes out right?” Wish I listened to my intuition then and saved my friends tummy. Both of us hasn’t eaten anything else that day.

This place always has issues. Either they are out of something like onion rings or they make the wrong thing. Tonight I ordered a Jr whopper meal and onion rings they said they didn’t have onion rings but We could get fries instead. We didn’t want another fry. So I then asked if we could substitute the onion rings for chicken guys and she said hesitantly we only have 2 left so I said ok great then we will take chicken fry. I get home and all I have is my meal and a extra order of French fry. Then I call and the girl says we’ll chicken guys cost more I said I don’t care that’s what I wanted I didn’t want 2 orders of French fry. She tried to act all confused bottom line is this place sucks.

BK is my favorite fast food restaurant, you can’t argue with the flame broiled goodness. Unfortunately they were very understaffed and could only do so much, the service was prompt and friendly but the food did take longer than usual, Also because they share a space with a gas station it wasn’t as upkepted as other locations, overall still great food.
