Honestly, worst service I’ve had in a while. The three young women working obviously do not care about customer service. I’m not usually the type to post negative reviews, but I’ve tried them out 3 times this week. Each time they messed something up, whether it be the order was wrong or the lattes were made incorrectly. I’m okay with the order getting messed up if the situation is rectified instead of getting attitude back. I would not recommend this Dunkin’ location

Well spent $25 for breakfast. My daughter ordered a bacon egg cheese bagel lightly buttered. We go back to our room, my granddaughter took a piece of the PLAIN BUTTERED BAGEL! There was NO BACON EGG CHEESE! I took it back over receipt in hand and explained. Well they handed me a wrapped sandwich. Something told me to open it! YEP I OPENED IT THEY PUT THE BACON EGG CHEESE ON THE SAME BAGEL!! Well where i come from, you make a fresh new sandwich, your mistake not mine. Took it back in and the young girl said ‘i fixed it’! SERIOUSLY?!?! Looks like we will be going somewhere else for breakfast while we are down here. Ohhh i got a vanilla cappuccino. There was no sugar or cream. Taste like a freaking black coffee

Came two mornings in a row. Yesterday I ordered 2 veggie egg white Flatbreads, and received cheese and bread. Went back in to fix it and they put a whole egg on it not veggie egg white. This morning, different girl, figured she would get it right. Ordered 2 veggie egg white Flatbreads and 2 chocolate glazed munchkins. Received the egg whites with the wrong cheese on a mushy English muffin and plain glazed munchkins. How can you possibly get an order wrong when you order what’s exactly on the menu!?
