This Wingstop location is awful. I am unable to speak for the dine in experience, but as far as ordering online and such it is just disappointing. The app will give you an estimated time of when your order will be ready, but once you get to the location to pick up your order it will not be ready. They will tell you to give them another 10 minutes and end up taking 30-40 minutes. I understand when the order is on the larger side it takes time, but when I order 6 or 8 wings it should not take you almost an hour. I assure you half the time the staff is just talking or playing around. Ultimately this is THE WORST customer service Ive experienced.

If I could put no stars I would. This store provides terrible customer service and I’m sure they are committing fraud. Not only did they try overcharging us but when we came to return the order that was completely wrong and ask for our refund they guaranteed they did however they did not provide a receipt of refund. Long story short they never issued a refund back. Had to get my money back in cash however The general manager Miguel Manzano was extremely rude kept hanging up my calls when I asked to speak with his superiors. Terrible terrible service will be taking legal matter.

I ordered a 6 piece wing combo for pickup, once I pickup, the drink machine is not working properly and I let Ashley know (host). She informs me there is tea available, I let her know I don’t like tea and I ordered fountain drink for a reason and i politely ask for a refund for the drink because now I’m going to have to go elsewhere to purchase a drink. I understand machines break etc. that wasn’t the problem, the problem was Ashley telling me she couldn’t refund the drink and said there is nothing she could do for me. On top of that my order took and extra 15 min to be ready and my fries were cold. I purchase once bi-weekly for years now, and I always look forward to. Prices have increased yet I remain a loyal customer. But after this experience, I will take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed and very Poor customer service.

Very Poor customer service. I did an online order around 7:30pm- it showed it will be ready in 16-20 minutes. I get here at 8:05pm and just to get a “we skipped your order”. Are you serious! They need better care for customers!!!

Ordered online through wingstop app. Order was delivered to another home. Politely called to ask for a refund because there were no options through wingstop app. Was very rudely told to call Doordarshan. Two young ladies pretended to be the manager and had no help to offer. Extremely Ryde. I love wingstop. I will never order from here again

Terrible place was calling for at least 20 min and this person on the other line kept putting me on hold just burning the time. I ended up not ordering food from here because of this. And he didn’t even give me time to talk or even ask a question. I believe he did this intentionally just so I wouldn’t put in an order. How do you not want to make money as a store.
