Everytime I go there they forget to put one of the ingredients in my sandwich. They can never get my order right and on top of it the skinny kid with bleached hair that at cash register always has something to whisper to his coworker when I am there. So rude! Its obvious he is talking about me and its so disrespectful!!! And I am an idiot who always leaves them tip!!! For what, to get my order wrong and disrespect me?! Which is an other annoying thing! Tips are for services and those are not provided here!! Weighters who come, clean my table, bring glass of water, take my order and bring it to my table and again clean after and check if I need anything. While here I approach to get order and they mess it up everytime, plus they always whisper between them or speak with low voice, again, VERY RUDE! Service charge should NOT be asked by system, that is RUDE, put a box or a jar and if anyone wants to donate that is fine, but flashing tip request in my face is basically putting people on spotlight and indirectly shaming them if they dont leave a tip!! Me and other people I spoke with too, feel pressured into leaving tip this way!

The person taking the order was rude, impatient and they didn’t greet or say thank you. My husband and I were the only ones in the store so I didn’t understand why he was rushing me. I told him I had never been in there. I didn’t do anything to him so I didn’t understand the disrespect.

Why is it so hard to get prices? What’s the secret? The harder you make it, the more I want to spend my money elsewhere. Name, address, phone number, city, state, zip code, allow access to gps location….. all to see prices and a full menu. No thanks.

Moved down to Key West a few months ago. First time eating here was today and the staff was super friendly and helpful, not the norm for most of the faster food places down here. Another bonus, the restaurant and tables were really clean, definitely not the norm for many places around here. Lastly, the sandwiches were great too!

Best subs in Key West. The staff is friendly and very efficient. Love the brownies and cookies. Love the fresh bread and fresh deli meats. The Philly cheesesteaks are great too. Also don’t forget to tip the staff really appreciate it.

I was in Key West from where I live up the keys, and chose the store because the people inside looked cheerful. When I got my sandwich in no time, I took one look at it and thought, WOW! this is what fresh is! Man, it was GOOD! Key West is such expensive place to eat, that Eating there was a refreshing experience!
