Been going here for over a decade, and have never had a bad experience. Food is always on point, love the industrial aesthetic, and the little marshy area out front and to the side by the patio is quite pleasant. The soda in the fountain is always mixed correctly, and the agua frescas are great as well. Love it here.

Poor service if no affiliation with the workers. Im in line waiting in front of me there is a white man and in front of him a Mexican family waiting aswell. When the family was greeted by the line workers for there order a lot of enthusiasm heavy portions of food put in there bowls and burritos especially the meat! Up next the man placed his order he was given less than normal portion. I believe he took notice too and asked for more meat the line worker looked irritated but gave him more. This place is going down hill fast!

Went in and wasn’t to busy but for some reason they didn’t have many of the options. Asked for white rice and they said they didn’t have any right now only brown rice..alright. then they didn’t have any fajita veggies and when I asked for my protein they put 3/4 of a spoon of chicken and a small little scoop of beans. So the whole bowl ended up being mostly salsa’s. Spent around 13$ for food that was worth 5$ max, would rather drive down wadsworth to the other one off colfax than go back here.

I was going to buy a chicken bowl and everything was great until I came for the fixings. I always come for the red tomatillo salsa. They were out so I decided I didn’t want the bowl anymore because without the salsa I wasn’t going to enjoy it. and the lady gave me the dirtiest look and just mumbled something and threw the bowl in the rudest way.

I’m very sad and upset that i was treated very bad by the “night manager” tonight over the phone , I contacted them becuse my order was wrong , and the woman that I was talking to was very rude and desrepteful she stared screaming at me and refused 3 times to give me her name!!! Very unprofessional , I also asked her if it was better for me to explain to her in Spanish so she can understand what I was trying to tell her she said yes and omg it got really bad …she is rude!!!! I did call corporate and made a complain, but we all know how that goes right!!! I wish I could upload a picture of what i got from this chipotle tonight …ugh so disappointed and grossed out.!!!NEVER AGAIN WILL I RECOMEND THIS LOCATION.

Ordered a salad with chicken had absolutely none. The guacamole was dark dark green, carnitas bowl was cold, chicken burrito was cold, queso was cold. Also ordered a side a guacamole it was not in my bag. When I brought it up the lady she wanted to argue with me. Even with me showing her my order. This location sucks, DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME HERE. I ordered 2 bowls on 9/10/23 at 3:30pm. They both didn’t have alot of rice in them I don’t think it’s a spoon full. I ordered ex meat didn’t get it. They sure did pit alot of sour cream like to have meat and rice with that sour ream this is 2nd time. I ordered online and had Doordarshan delivered it to me.

Avoid avoid avoid this location. First time we requested extra meat for the salad and didn’t receive it. Chalked it up to the chipotle gods and moved on. This time just ordered the regular salad but didn’t receive any salad. Just avoid. Avoid avoid. Wait times are incredible too.

The older lady that took my order today was very rude, she ignored the lady infront of me, was very cold while asking me what I wanted she was obviously mad at the people in the kitchen since she was rolling her eyes at them but how is that our fault? Don’t put people on the front line that can’t speak clearly or loudly enough to understand. Then when someone orders a quesadilla don’t give them a tortilla with no melted cheese….. just shredded cheese was sitting in ours.
