Great service, kind & helpful. Food was good. We like the cauliflower crust option, but it was a little undercooked so the chicken had like a spongy texture. My daughter loves the blood red lemonade. We sat outside because it was way too cold inside. Overall, we usually enjoying Blaze Pizza so we’ll still come back, but we’ll just sure to check that it’s cooked more.

Blaze is normally one of my favorite places to grab a pizza. Not anymore, though. Save yourself the trouble and never order online. In fact, don’t even walk in if the manager is working. Every time I order online, the order delivered is incorrect. I let it slide before because it was one topping I could live without. This last time, I had multiple things missing. I called to nicely ask the location to pay attention to online order details, and the very kind employee sounded considerate and asked if I would like to speak to the manager. I thanked him and was transferred to the manager, who sounded like he couldn’t care less about what I was saying. He answered by only saying hello, with no introduction or asking my name, and then proceeded to take long pauses after I spoke. He sounded cold, and like he just wanted me to get off the phone.

I’ve never had a good experience at this location. I’ve had mediocre experiences at best. Generally, the service is worse than other locations. I’m not saying I deserve to be treated like an illustrious sultan and be fed grapes, but being treated like they actually want my business, and that my presence isn’t annoying, would be nice.

We came at Blaze Pizza on February 28, 2018. The girl at the front to take our order was relatively patient as we were not familiar with the process. During the pizza making process, they were nice enough to explain everything to us when we asked regarding the toppings: meats, cheeses and vegetables. The waiting time was short – about 6 to 7 minutes. The pizza was okay and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would give them 5 stars but they had several tables that were not cleaned down. However, we were satisfied with the overall experience and hopefully we will come here again.
