Terrible service! I’m not one to usually complain, the person at the window had a shorter term memory than a goldfish. I’m not sure if they were high or what, I’m usually easy to please, but when my food was given to me it was cold because I was forgotten about.

For many years, this has been a horrible experience. The only reason that I ever order from here is the lack of alternatives in this area. I often order pizzas for scheduled deliveries that don’t arrive at the correct time. When picking the pizza up, the staff are discourteous.

I can finally write this now that I’m moving away. For the past year the only thing this dominos has gotten right was the address. They constantly forget items you add on like ranch or drinks etc. Today I tried to do take out and called from thw parking lot to watch them look at the phone, look at me, then go back to whatever they were doing. I also get pizza extra done because my kid has texture issues. Today it was like half cooked. So now I’m having to put it in the oven for another who knows how long. Plus I swear their pepperoni just tastes off. If the owner sees this look at this date and see who was working b/c I don’t know how bad you’re paying them, but it’s too much. PICTURED what constitutes a “well done pizza”. Just save money and time and go drive and get Little Ceasars yourself. Cheaper and tastes better even if this dominos didn’t mess SOMETHING up every single time.

This location has done nothing but go down hill. The order is almost never right, or they just forget to make your order after you’ve been waiting for an hour. They don’t care that your order is wrong, or that they have cost you time and fuel, an entire lunch break, or that the kids are going to be late going to bed because they messed up.

The staff is nice and friendly, unfortunately there aren’t enough of them. Every time I call, they say delivery will be 1 or 2 hours due to short staffing. Strangely pizza hut can deliver in 30 and seems to have staff. It takes 10 minutes for them to answer the phone because they r swamped. And I can’t use the app because it says I am outside delivery area although I’m 7 miles away. If u use drive thru, pizza is good, but 2 stars on management for always, literally always being short staffed while competitors are not.

I came last night and spent 24 dollars and some change only to get back with wings 1/2 way out of the box that the guy in the window on the side bagged himself and hot sauce in the bag and only 9 wings charged for a large order plus you use to get 2 sauces with your order and some how I was charged and he said he couldn’t help me and shut the sliding window again. I want my money back and my order remade , I have no idea what is going on there at nights!!!!
