Mobile app ordering is terrible. We placed an order at 4:43 p.m. and was told by the app that 5:15 would be the time to pick it up. I arrive at 5:15, go through the drive-thru and told it would be another 15 to 20 minutes and to come inside. I came inside after sitting in the parking lot for about 15 minutes and was told it was going to be at least another 20 minutes. As I was waiting there with others that had been there 30 plus minutes, others started coming in the door and was told it would be 45 minute wait minimum for food. The kicker is, the drive-thru was being served the whole time we were all there waiting. They were out of biscuits, they were out of coleslaw, and the poor workers seemed very frustrated. They were all nice, I don’t believe it was their fault. Usually this location is pretty good, but this time it was horrible. I ended up canceling the mobile order and leaving after about 40 minutes of waiting. In order to cancel a mobile order, you have to call a special number that I had to ask for from one of the workers and wait on hold for 27 minutes to talk to a live person. Ridiculous. Don’t use the mobile ordering.

Disappointing and disgusting. We ordered three chicken littles and a famous bowl. To start the famous bowl and chicken was cold. The chicken littles were covered in mayonnaise. More mayonnaise than chicken. Sloppy and thrown together. The famous bowl had 4 pieces of chicken and the cheese didn’t even melt. Tasted old. Much better places to eat in the area. I will spend my money elsewhere.

I bought a 3 piece meal last night ex-crispy. The batter was so raw on the inside it was worse than a stuffing base that wasnt cooked. It was the most grossest I have ever seen. Never again KFC. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I wish I could post a pic to show

We ordered an eight peice meal, mixed chicken, mashed potatoes. We did not receive any gravy and our biscuits were raw. These kids wanting $ 15 to $21 bucks an hour is insane. They can’t complete a simple order or read a monitor is completely unexceptional. In a regular job if you cant do it correctly you get fired.

Desoto KFC. Was told this was normal to be handed a bag of oil and that the other stuff is chicken crust. Sure looks like the bottom of a fryer to me. I would love to see someone at kfc eat and drink this order of chicken tenders. Eat at your own risk.
