Excellent in every way, from coffee, prepared and made-to-order foods, high quality selections of provisions – including a locally grown and milled, woman-run flour company in Hillside Grains. I had a world class breakfast sandwich my first visit there and haven’t stopped thinking about it. Kudos!

Good service last minute walking in. We were treated with respect and courtesy. Cold brew coffee with their house-made Vanilla Simple Syrup and almond milk. (Not too sweet). Better option than the chain coffee stops. Go check them out. Also, the Triple Chocolate Cookie

Stopped in today for and early lunch. I was impressed. Good service, nice decor, lots of light. I tried their crushed avocado sandwich. It was very tasty and was served with a tasty cucumber salad. I had a cappuccino that was good albeit not as hot as I would like. Excusable for recent opening. I will return.

Absolutely wonderful gem in the center of Hailey! This is my go to spot for a going out lunch. The staff are incredibly kind, and talented! I noticed right away how the owners make an effort to know and remember your name. The food is just outstanding… crafted with fresh, local ingredients combined with familiar but interesting flavor profiles. They have many many options including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In addition, there are delish take aways for those wanting a nutritious meal in a pinch. The lasagna is *chef’s kiss! I have grabbed things from their market to make a cute gift basket of local treats for family back home, and their granola is SPOT ON! I really could go on and on and on! Go to Della! You won’t be disappointed. 🙂

We ordered Easter Dinner for 2 by the Mon before, for Sat pick up or delivery. Beef brisket tender & flavorful, au gratin potatoes amazing, carrots & asparagus perfect, cake delicious! All portions GENEROUS. Cooked to perfect state so warm up did not dry anything out. We have a meal of leftovers! We usually cook in rather than order to go. Best Experience!

As a local, Cafe Della has become my go to spot. The Domo coffee is the best in the valley. The food is healthy and fresh with vegan and vegetarian options. Every meal I’ve had has been really really good. And let’s not forget the baked goods-yummy and fresh. I highly recommended this location.
