Waited in line while a manager had a conversation with obvious friends (they never ordered anything). Food was good. We discovered a dying roach on its back by our table while we were eating along with toilets that didn’t flush (full of urine) and no soap in the soap dispenser that the employee going back to work “used” before clocking back in.

Ordered the chicken tenders, 4 of the 5 tenders had unchewable chunks in them. Also had little to no flavor. The biscuit tasted like it was brushed with microwave popcorn butter flavoring. The fries were good but not good enough to make up for the cost of the meal.

We stopped in on 2/6/2023 around 6pm. I have been in the restaurant business for 15 + years. With that said, I am very understanding on problems that arise and delays. This was uncalled for. Stood waiting in line for 13 mins at the register. Was not acknowledged. There were at least 4 people waiting to order behind me. The Manager was training a girl to make wraps who kept bouncing around talking about how bad she had to pee. Besides that, why are you training with a ton of people waiting. Once the manager decided the trainee could make it she looked at her and said, “yell if you need me”, then walked outside. Um…yeah, we all need you, or someone to take our order. But no. The girl proceeded to keep making the wraps. The girl at the drive thru looked up at us, she had no customers, got on her phone and walked to the back. We just walked out. Never go here! Terrible food! The chicken really dry and old! Biscuit taste like dish soap! The only fresh was the fries because I had to wait more than 7 minutes for it and I had to go back to ask for because they forgot all about it!

Went on the right day(Wednesday) was so happy they had fried livers most KFC’s have stopped selling them. They were on point hot and fresh not over or undercooked. Staff was super friendly and the restaurant was clean.
