My son and me visited here on Mother’s day. The food was yummy. My son ordered a steak with baked potato and onion rings, and I ordered a half a rack of ribs with a baked potato and onion rings. Lisa offered us great service.Then we got a dessert called the Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet and shared it. It was really good, but it was so sweet. We were happy with our meal, and I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Was in Ruby Tuesday today for lunch since I happened to be in the area. Was greeted and seated promptly. My waitress, Violet, was very attentive and friendly. Ordered the garden/salad bar and a sandwich. Garden bar was fresh and very good! Sandwich was also good and better than recent experiences with Philly cheese steaks. Timing of everything was award winning perfection, truly. Sad that Ruby Tuesday has had troubles and the one in Cromwell closed which was very nearby for me. Some once in a lifetime amazing memories at the one in Meriden though, so hope it keeps on going!

I stopped here in between meetings and was very pleased with my experience! Lena H was great. She was friendly, attentive and super sweet. I enjoyed the salad bar while able to use the guest Wi-Fi for work on my lap top. I love the salad bar!!!!!!!!

Our poor waitress who was new to working there, was the only one working. There was a large party that was seated after us and they monopolized her time. Not one other person working there tried to help! The manager just kept telling people the one waitress was tied up. Our food was over cooked and my onion rings were burnt. That manager should be retrained!

TERRIBLE. Don’t even bother. Went in, got seated by the hostess and our waitress who was the bartender took FOREVER to take our order. (Bar was not busy.) Once we ordered we went to the salad bar and came back to our table and our drinks were taken and had garbage in them because the hostess who had JUST seated us had forgot we were sitting at the table. Food came and looked fine. Crispy chicken sandwich was dry as hell. Smokehouse burger was OK. Only good part was the salad bar (plates super dirty) and the tater tots that came with the burger and chicken sandwich. It felt that the waitresses and hostess were intentionally not trying to serve us. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Will never be back. OH RIGHT. also had to get up to go to the bar for anything we needed because our waitress would not even come over to help us. Pathetic.

We stopped here for dinner around 8 pm, it was pretty quiet where we sat and were attended to immediately. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure to check on us frequently. I had ordered the larger ribeye with a baked potato and the salad bar as a side. The salad bar was fresh and had plenty of options, but it was a bit tight going through the area as there were numerous people seated nearby and the mall entrance of the restaurant was there.

Meal was okay, had better there so will give it another try. I do love their salad bar, should have done that. The new meatball hoagie not worth the price, small and no flavor to it. Staff friendly, looked short staffed, she was covering the bar too.
