This lovely restaurant is located on the corner of a shopping center with plenty of windows and a patio for outdoor seating. Fresh flowers and sparkling dinnerware adorn the tables. The centerpiece of the restaurant is the oven, specially imported from Italy and the fire carefully maintained at a constant temperature–a beautiful piece of craftsmanship as well as the perfect way to bake pizza.

We went today, Easter Day. The food was amazing and the bread dipping sauce was out of this world. We order extra dipping sauce to dip the pizza which was by itself amazing but that sauce was. Great place to eat. I can’t wait to go with adults only. I was with my son and I was not able to get some wine this time but they have an amazing selection of wines.

Great food, fun casual atmosphere. Nice setting for a group celebration. Recommend the PEI mussels appetizer, Margherita pizza, and salmon Caesar salad. For desserts the bread pudding and Colossal strawberry cheesecake were excellent.

This was a special birthday dinner for me. My two dinner companions started with the ciabatta. The serving was large enough for the three of us. However, the flavor made us want an order each!!!! We all opted for the short ribs with pasta. Wow!!! Fresh made pasta makes such a difference. The dish was delicious. Dessert was Tiramisu. It was served in a clear mug….adorable. I’ll definitely have my bf take me back.

My girlfriends and I stopped by and grabbed lunch and it was delicious. Our server, Raymond, was very knowledgeable and informative. We split the Tuna Tartare which was very good, I had the Short Rib Pasta and it was delicious. I highly recommend this place. Their sweet tea was also very good! (I don’t think I have ever left a review about sweet tea before, but it was worth noting!)

I had an amazing waitress during Easter break. I don’t drink wine. But I wanted to feel fancy with my meal. So I asked her for a wine that would give me diabetes, and she absolutely DELIVERED. The wine was exactly what i never knew i needed. I had their veggie salad (best thing I ever had, I even tried to recreate it at home because I just loved it that much) theirs will always be better. I also had their Pepperoni pizza, and I cannot stress enough how this was the BEST pizza I’ve had compared to every other pizza place in Belton and Temple. (I’ve been doing diligent research on pizza places) and they Win. Hands down.

Food was absolutely delicious. Hommeade pasta was to die for and the short ribs were the most tender I have ever had!! It took a little while for us to get our food, but the staff did apologize for the wait, and were super sweet the whole time. Menu is limited, but everything looks good. Definitely worth the trip and the money.

Great place for a nice dinner at a step above chain restaurants. Great service & nice dining area with a view of the kitchen and giant wood-fired oven. Well-crafted cocktail menu in addition to the wine list. The brussel sprout appetizer with bacon jam was amazing.
