(3/18/23) I love coming here, I allows place my order through the app and the food is always ready before the pick up time. The chicken is hot, the rice is moist, the macaroni has the right amount of mayonnaise, and the cabbage is steamed properly so it’s always crunchy.

I was ordering and cashier didn’t bother greeting nor smiling, after paying I asked politely where the bathroom was & she ignored me & asked again and instead of answering she pointed to the restroom. Serious horrible service. After I asked for my money cashier said “hole on lady wants her money back because we are rude”

Ordered Katsu Chicken plate on Postmates. Restaurant sent my order without any katsu sauce or any condiments. Called restaurant and she said it was upon request only, but admitted they are working with the website to allow you to request condiments on website. I said why wouldn’t you put Katsu sauce with Katsu chicken and at least 1sauce and other condiments Until it’s fixed, no answer. SMH
