Deciding to stop during lunch and ordered from lunch Menu. I had the smoke wings and side salad. For some reason serving me old a$$ lettuce was cool. Umm no! Make me a fresh salad, please. The smoke wings were not fresh and tasted like they were cooked last week or something. It was my first time and I won’t be back. The waitress Dime was attentive and accommodating. That was only good thing about my visit.

I’m totally a foodie! First and last visit here! Where should I begin… I started with the shrimp and grits more like shrimp and grease! Take a close look at the picture literally floating in grease! Zero flavor! Sent it back… ordered the half chicken with potatoes and turnip greens. The food wasn’t even hot… the chicken looked raw…half cooked, turnip greens were not hot and were dry,never had dry greens! Even the potatoes were cold. I ordered two margaritas and they we’re probably the best thing about this place.

The food was tasty. Portions are normal and depending on what you get the price ranges from $12.00 to over $20.00. That does not include drinks. We ordered burnt ends with a cornbread waffle and a purple pea succotash, Mac and cheese with brisket, and a brisket plate with shredded brussel sprouts and loaded mash potatoes. For dessert we tried a peanut butter and chocolate brownie that was a bit on the hard side, a pecan cobbler and bread pudding. The brisket was tender and fell apart. We also ordered wings for an appetizer. They were nicely seasoned. I think this restaurant is worth a try for those who enjoy meat dishes and barbecue.

We showed up on a Saturday evening around 6:00pm. Waited 40 minutes for our food. We got the half chicken entree and the 3 meat sampler entree.

The food was great. My food came out cold which is the only reason I didn’t give five stars. Once reheated it was outstanding! I’ll give another visit in the future as it seems this mishap may have been from a shortage in staff. I had the cheese grits and brisket, Yummy! I’ll be back for sure.

My husband and I had a great experience here last night. The food was delicious and our server, Caleb, was awesome. The manager kept walking around checking on everyone, too, which I appreciated. The only thing that I could point out is that our wings were room temp and could have been hotter. They were tasty but could have been warmer! Keep up the good work. We will be back.

Lowered my rating from a 3 to a 1 after my most recent visit. The one thing that is consistent across locations is that the food is underwhelming. Food is under seasoned, and overpriced for the portions you receive. Even when using the happy hour deals, it feels like you do not get enough food for the discounted price.
