This is hands down my favorite Mexican restaurant in Alameda now. My family and I go here at least three times a week. The food is absolutely amazing, the restaurant is nice and clean and the staff are so friendly. I have tried almost everything on the menu from tacos, burrito, super nachos, enchilada, chilaquiles and more and EVERYTHING is great. I have not tried something that I did not like. If you are looking for good affordableMexican food then this is your place!

If you’re a longtime Alameda resident and miss the days when Juanita’s was a Park Street destination, the food and atmosphere at Casa Revolución Taqueria is going to melt your heart. Authentic, delicious, Mexican cooking at extremely low prices. Ultra clean dining area with fully stocked salsa bar and seating for toddlers. My spouse and I stopped in for lunch with our smaller boy and absolutely stuffed our faces for $30 and change, including two dinner plates, a kid’s meal and two sodas. The woman who runs the restaurant is helpful, friendly, and very kind. We will 100 percent be coming back with the rest of our family. Thanks for the awesome meal!

You should definitely drop in to this place! I got the Carne asada and the Pollo asada tacos and I was very pleased. The Carne asada was solid bit damn that Pollo is sooo good! Juicy and flavorful. Sorry to post a mostly eaten Taco photo but it was so good I forgot to take a photo sooner!

My new go to taco spot on the Island. Excellent food that’s reasonably priced. The best bang for your buck for street tacos. And these nachos have real cheese! Takes me back to the old Juanita’s days!

Food is great. Very friendly. Easy in and out and they use real plates and silverware!! And- these are the best prices in Alameda!! The veggie taco included mushrooms. The chicken taco was delicious. The nachos are as good as it gets and for. A great price!!

I will definitely be back and am looking forward to it. I just tried the regular tacos. Very friendly, beautiful salsa bar, clean place to sit. Can’t watch trymore of their menu. As someone who travels from client to client all day, it is great to find a spot to grab a quick, inexpensive lunch where I can sit down outside of my car and take a proper break.

I usually order shredded chicken but they do not offer that at this location so I tried something new and got a super (guac, sour cream etc.) carnitas burrito and it did not disappoint! It came out piping hot so I know it was fresh made, it was juicy and the flavors were emaculate. Fairly priced for the size as well ~$13, definitely recommend!

Although it is not green, the Chile Verde has a complexity of flavors that deserves recognition – super yummy. As you can see in the background of my photo, the taco salad is large – they do not cut corners.

An amazing new taqueria in Alameda, and by far the best around! High quality tortillas (the chips are freshly fried), excellent meats all around (al pastor, lengua, carnitas, and quesabirria are my favorites so far), great salsas, and somehow cheaper per taco than every other spot on the island; cheesy, rich burritos too. Came here twice in the first week and will come back again.
