I wish I could give them 0 stars. Stopped here with a group of 10 on our road trip. It is 100° outside. NO a/c (they said it’s been out for a week), broken soda machine, drink options are bottled water or pay the regular $3 for a lemonade. Outrageously expensive for fast food. Floor is disgusting. It took 5 people to take 1 order because no one knew how to work the computer. Only 1 stall in the woman’s restroom worked.

The staff was not friendly and the ENTIRE place was disgusting. We came in at a slow time and the staff stood around while the place was left unclean. There wasn’t a clean table to sit at. When I was wiping of the dirty table, tha manager came and sat our food on the dirty table. The manager is a direct reflection of how the place was run.

I recently ate at this location and was impressed by an individual who seemed to take charge and help get things going. When I asked their name they said it was Bella, and I want to say they definitely help improve my experience greatly. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because when returning and noticing that Bella wasn’t there, the sense of urgency didn’t seem to be there and all the employees were moving slow without any motivation.

As you are aware you have a employee that is trying to bring down your establishment. They go by Bella and are constantly online on their social media accounts, telling people to leave bad reviews and mentioning managers names. I do believe this situation should be handled with them. They constantly have had a history of having issues with previous employment and finding ways to lose those jobs.

I placed an online order through their app, when I get to Arby’s they tell me they don’t know why the app is not updated but they don’t have any of that food on the menu. Tell me to call customer service to request a refund, it has been 3 weeks and no refund on their end. Never ordering from this place. Their customer service is a joke each time I call they tell me to wait another 7 business days for refund.

Food was okay, half the restaurant was blocked off, kid at the register couldn’t answer a question about any of the sandwiches and what comes on them….. worst part, all the drinks were flat, no carbonation, and there were little bugs, probably little ants all.over the counter where the ice, drinks and sauces were…. !!!!

30 minutes in the drive thru. I only endured it to see how long it would take. Left out one of my sandwiches. I’m giving this place one star as a participation trophy. You may have the meats but it wasn’t in the bag I payed for. Fool me once.

Ordered through doordash. I put Arby’s sauce in three different spots and guess what…. No Arby’s sauce. Literally the main reason for going to Arby’s. Their fries plus Arby’s sauce. Also didn’t have over the au ju sauce for a French dip.
