Burger King Foot lettuce
I had higher hopes, but I’m completely disappointed the food was burnt and smelled of nothing but pepper. The greens were undercooked, cabbage had no taste other than burnt, cornbread was also salty, and most of all the turkey was so tuff I couldn’t even bite into it. The yams were spicy. My stomach has been hurting ever since I attempted to eat it. It was a waste of money and I had to throw the whole thing away hopefully the garbage likes it more.

I’ll let the pic speak for itself! It WAS 6 whole fried wings, dressing w gravy, fried corn, and cornbread. Everything was fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be back!

I absolutely love this place. You can taste the love that goes into this food. I had the fried chicken, cabbage, and macaroni & cheese. Definitely the best chicken that I’ve had in Michigan, since I moved her from Chicago. If you’re from Chicago, their chicken gives me Harold’s vibes, so you know it’s good. The owner is super professional, and her personality alone will make you come back. Amazing food, amazing customer service, and on top of that, it’s black owned! Can’t wait to eat here again!

They did not look open had to walk up. Then it looked liked a Hideout. I ordered BBQ fries. They were out, I said Chicken tenders. He said Out! Wow. I only got Fries that looked recooked. Not a good experience for me.

I nearly let the bad reviews scare me away but I’m glad I didn’t. I’ve been craving cornbread dressing for months. I tried another soul food spot and it was nearly vomit inducing. The dressing here was perfect in my opinion. They use turkey instead of pork sausage, thank God. I ordered the fried half chicken dinner with dressing and mac n cheese. I will say I would’ve given this place 5 stars if there was more cheese in the mac n cheese. Overall everything was good and I will visit again.

Favorite place to get fried chicken, Mac & greens. There’s a fair share of soul/southern-comfort food places around here, but this is ALWAYS the one I try first. I’ll admit I’ll go somewhere else, but that’s only when I can’t get through to place an order because they’re so busy! Love the way the chicken is seasoned, and they’re Mac n cheese is my favorite!
