I feel like I’m in Tokyo. It’s a nice and cozy plus luxuary Sushi bar. I highly recommend to all Sushi lovers. One more thing, there is an amazing staff. Our server is so sweet and very gentle. We had a wonderful time. Thanks again

Very fresh. Good selection of fish. They consistently have live scallop and uni all week which is rare, usually restaurants wait till Thursday/weekend for that. Disappointed that they don’t have salmon skin which makes me wonder if they prepare the salmon themselves. Seems a waste for a Japanese restaurant to throw it out. It would be nice if the menu included hijiki seaweed salad it would be a grand differentiator.

The salmon here is amazing! I typically order sushi (not teriyaki) because at most restaurants the salmon is overcooked and the teriyaki sauce is way to sweet. Not here! The salmon is amazing. Melt-in-your-mouth cooked to perfection with a very gourmet teriyaki sauce. I like the lunch special (which is served Wednesday-Saturday) because you get a little bit of everything! My mom and I went on a Sunday during lunch and found out they didn’t offer the lunch special on Sundays, but it worked out for the best because we got to try the amazing salmon entree! It’s served with rice and bok choy, plus a little tempura sweet potato that is so perfectly cooked! Very upscale, gourmet. I also love the decor! Feels like you’re in a Soho hotspot, without having to leave idyllic Piermont.

Disappointed with the service and sitting arrangements. My wife requested a table and was told that there were no tables available inside the restaurant. We dined outside (table was unstable), difficult with a 6 year old child. When I went to pay the bill, only 4 customers were inside. There was plenty of room for my family.

Easily the best sushi in the area. The service is amazing, they have a full bar. Try the plum martini. Even down to the appetizer and soups were so tasty. The atmosphere is quaint but still modern and fun for a small place.

I am delighted to have a sushi bar in Piermont. I called to order takeout and had to leave a message but was called back in 15 seconds. The miso soup was full of flavor and the Sabi roll was delicious…..tuna, salmon, avocado. Restaurant is small but tables are well appointed and there are probably half dozen seats at the sushi bar.
