It’s a sad day for me. I ordered my favorite ultimate double cheeseburger combo and 2 tacos for 1.69 . It wasn’t busy and only 1 car in front of us but the wait was unusually long. I get my food do a quick check and the tacos aren’t in the bag. I asked the girl and she looked at the screen and then handed me 2 tacos. I get to my job and find that my ultimate cheeseburger magically turned into a Swiss bacon thingy! I was so angry I ate the whole thing and liked it. Went through the drive thru to order a drink and some onion rings and was told the fryer was not working, so I ordered a Jr Jumbo Jack and instead received a small bacon cheese burger instead. Called them to tell them of the mistake and they were insisting I had ordered a Jr Ultimate Cheese Burger. My receipt shoes the proper order was placed. They are literally the worst. I will go to the drive thru and sit there for 20+ minutes and no one ever comes on and takes my order so finally I just leave. They are hatdly ever open at night even though they say they are 24 hours. The very few times I have actually got someone to come on the speaker they are only serving drinks or only taking cash.
