It is August 29th 2023 at 11:15 a.m. and this facility has staff members sitting on the ground blocking the front door entrance smoking blunts. Obviously there’s no manager here. How does KFC allow employees to smoke at the front door of their establishment let alone sitting on the floor blocking entrance to the facility? No restaurant would allow this but this one does. Maybe it’s time that restaurants ban their employees from smoking. Guess what happens when you open the door to enter your facility? All of that smoke from your employee goes inside. That’s just great way to go KFC.

I’ll start out by admitting that it’s MY FAULT for not checking the order before I left. This is something that should be done ALWAYS because you know they’ll screw up your order. Walked in, placed my order with “Margoret” 8 piece bucket, but wanted to upgrade to all breast meat. Now I’ve done this before, and I’m very aware that it’s a significant price increase for this, and was prepared for that. Problem was, she literally laughed out loud like it was some kind of joke. But after I explained I understand it will cost more, she rang up as what I ordered. What did I walk out with? No Breast at all! Some thighs and wings (8 piece) that was it! ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER..ALWAYS! (I had too many other things going on to worry about going back, or somehow being compensated) They would not have cared anyway

If I could leave a zero I would. I place a pick order for a 16 piece family meal. When I arrive the store was all clean and looked closed. I went inside and there was no order waiting for me. Apparently they did not check for online orders. My order was placed 2 hrs in advance. The answer I got was I am sorry but we don’t have enough chicken to fill your order and that’s there were 3 drive thru pick ups that wiped them out. Very inconvenient for me to have to get on a call for a refund. Having to figure out what to feed my kids after being at football practice for 2 hrs and half. It’s so unfair. It is now 9:25 pm and still on hold with for my refund. Very frustrating

Food was very poor quality all my chicken was over cooked dry and rubbery, my daughter could not even eat hers and fed it to the dogs, fries were cold, biscuit stale, and all our beverages were hot and flat. It was the worst meal I have ever ordered form anywhere. When tried to contact local store directly no one answers it rings and rings and goes to a busy signaI. I had to take it corporate level. Corporate was were understanding and helpful but told me that some store purposely disconnect their phones. This is unacceptable customer service and is proof of how little they care about the consumer. Work in a retail establishment that serves food I understand the difficulties these places face but this on every level is completely unacceptable. I will never order from this specific restaurant again.

This KFC/Taco bell is filthy, employees have no knowledge about their menu. It’s the 2nd time I go there and the last time I’ll go there. I ordered sweet corn and it was brown and not sweet at all, the coleslaw was not all that good and I love KFC coleslaw but I no longer do. Overall a filthy bad experience.

Was served some seriously old chicken tenders. Asked for fresh ones to be made and the guy was like oh yeah of course. Waited 15 mins and went to ask about them only to be informed they were never dropped and they would start them now. Left without a refund after only being able to eat my sides. Worst KFC I’ve ever visited.

This kfc has to be one of the worst in the state of Florida. The ac was not working, they had the doors open which is a health code issue. The chicken tenders were old hard and gross. The staff male’s were running around in tank tops health code. Never going to this one until it gets fixed. The worst…..

Speaker broken went inside to be told 20 minutes we would have fresh chicken.. yeah right it was a grease bucket with half cooked chicken, the biscuits were FLAT hockey pucks, gravy was water! Waste of $50! Now I know why I NEVER EVER use this kfc! cook at home save your money!!!

Service was a little slow because they were short handed, however, food good, atmosphere was as expected and the service was excellent given the situation. We were leaving the parking and we didn’t check the bag before leaving and and all the sudden the young lady flagged us down to say we left our biscuits. This was really good service . If we would have left them biscuits, I would have been sad lol. It was just awesome to see her go above and beyond. Thank you!
