Food here is tasty. BUT the restaurant’s point of sale (POS) and kitchen are very disorganized and don’t use the Order No. that is on the top of your receipt. Instead they announce the order by the dish name and so if the restaurant is packed, GOOD LUCK, chances are someone else takes your order.

Ordered a goat biryani, chicken biriyani and masala dosa. Goat pieces are just boiled no taste of spices. Both biryanis don’t have any biryani taste . Just waste of money ~$36. Won’t come back. The girl who takes the order is very polite though.

I placed an order online as they suggested, I was given an option to pick up next morning at 10AM. I went to store at 10:30 to pick up my order but the door was locked as they didn’t open until 11. When I walked in at 11, they told me my order won’t be ready until 11:30. This is unacceptable, especially when you have Event planned. They need better team management.

We ordered a birthday cake with Rasmalai flavour. The cake looked good from outside but after cutting it we realised it is a plain vanilla flavour cake. I tried 2 different slices but still jo rasmalai flavor. I tried contacting the owner to raise the issue to which he replied “We cannot help you at all with this. This is how we make our cake. Please send me some picture of the cake but I won’t be able to help you. If you want another cake please go to Chicago Hot breads a buy a new one”. It is clearly visible from the photos that there is no rasmalai in the frosting or in the bread(which is how rasmalai cakes are made by adding small rasmalai pieces). So their cakes are bad and the so is the team. One thing is sure that I am never buying a cake from there ever in future. And even for a Vanilla flavour it was not good, there was more frosting than cake. I would never recommend this bakery to anyone.
