I know there’s a lot of negative reviews, but let me say, these people work their tails off, doing a job many of us couldn’t hack. I’ve never seen this place not filled wall to wall with ansy children and miserable Karens. Are the orders always right? No. Is the food noteworthy? Of course not. But they’re there for you after a long, hard day of moving your buddy, or when your kid’s appointment runs late and they have a mountain of homework they need help with. All I’m saying is, respect the people who are doing their damndest to keep up. And for crying out loud, put your order in on the app and save yourself from being disappointed by expectations that are unreasonable at this point. This place is far too busy to be keeping up with all the online orders and make hot-n-readys, take your phone orders, and handle walk-ins. It just takes a smidge of planning and you’ll be happier not staring down the people getting orders from the portal.

Why have hot boxes if you’re not going to use them? Some people don’t eat out enough to know to order online ahead of time. You have one guy running the front who can’t multitask and he messed up literally every order in front of me. The food is good for the price, I might use it again as a quick, cheap option. Make sure you repeat yourself like ten times so they don’t forget anything, and check your order before you leave. I hate leaving bad reviews, most of mine are good.

Pizza is great but the service is as poor as I have ever seen there. I think they are short staffed and the staff they do have is way overwhelmed. Last night there were 9 people in line and most left because the poor girl working behind the counter was trying to take orders and direct kitchen staff who didn’t seem to have a clue. I don’t blame the staff, I blame poor oversight by management and or ownership. We love Little Ceasers but with the current situation of overworked and undertrained staff, I can’t see them continuing to be a viable business. Imagine the money this location in Wausau could make with proper direction from ownership!
