Went to the drive through and got two beef and cedar meals. The buns on both were moldy and the curry fries were cold and hard as rocks so of course we did not eat it and I did a online survey and was called by corporate office and offered 2 free meals to replace them. I told them I don’t want it I will never eat there again .

It’s kind of expensive considering the food is about the same quality as anywhere else as far as fast food, but the cashier was very nice and they don’t mind actually giving out a ketchup packet or two either, which I’m happy with any day.

But if you want to feel the genuine kindness and sincere care for your experience, look no further than a man that works here whose name starts with an R and ends with a Y. My family was traveling through after a long day and he couldn’t have been more attentive and nice. The world needs more people like R—y.

Very old fashioned reminded me of my first ever roast beef melt as a child and employeees we’re perfection lobby was super clean and perfected with every condiment supposed to be placed. And the only thing was the tea wasent sweet at all but I think my friend got us unsweet accidentally so besides that it was the best Arby’s iv ever entered I give it a 10 out of 10 and would definitely recommend to anyone stopping through
